Dr. Sydney is a lifelong athlete dedicated to helping patients move better and build upon their
existing foundation to achieve their lifestyle goals. She received chiropractic care throughout her own athletic career, to which she credits preventative, movement-based care as a key factor in minimizing injuries. This understanding of the preventative-based health care system has
shaped her passion for sports-focused chiropractic care. After competing in collegiate softball at Brandeis University and internationally with the Israel National Softball Team, these experiences prompted the development of a strong desire to remain in the sports world, supporting athletes of all levels in performing at their highest potential.
She graduated from Brandeis University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Health: Science,
Society, and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude and having
earned All-American honors on the softball field. She then earned her Doctor of Chiropractic
and Master of Science in Functional Nutrition degrees from Parker University in December
2025, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as Salutatorian of her chiropractic class.
During her clinical period at Parker University, she treated patients within the Strength and
Human Performance pod, where she focused on integrating movement assessment,
rehabilitation, and strength patterning to optimize function and decrease pain and sensitivities.
Dr. Sydney’s clinical interests center on injury prevention and management, movement patterning to support activity, and performance-based care.
Dr. Sydney has completed certifications in RockTape FMT Basic and Advanced, FAKTR, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level 1 and Level 2, and she will begin the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) program in February 2026.
