Specializing in outpatient Physical Therapy, Dr. Kia treats patients with various orthopedic concerns and sports-related injuries. She has extensive experience in hospital-based clinics and private practice. Bieta specializes in musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic spine dysfunction, as well as shoulder and knee pathologies.
Dr. Taylor graduated with his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 2017, and treats using full-body wellness mixed with a movement-science approach. His passion for Physical Therapy came from the determination and curiosity of trying to solve his own debilitating knee pain while trying to avoid the use of pharmaceuticals or surgery.
What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is a non-invasive treatment designed to help you develop, maintain, and restore muscular strength, promoting the full range of movement and normal physical function. Physical therapy may be a standalone treatment, or it may be used in conjunction with other therapies. Some patients are referred to a physical therapist by their doctor, while others may seek therapy themselves. No matter what your situation is, the goal of physical therapy is the same; to help you recover from an injury, relieve pain, deal with a chronic condition, or prevent future injuries. Our therapists will diagnose your injuries by conducting an evaluation, which includes a medical history and a physical examination. Based on this information, your physical therapist will structure a treatment plan, monitor your progress, and provide some manual (hands-on) support for exercises.
Our Patients Say
The absolute best physical therapy / chiropractic center I have ever been to.
Dr. Blum and Dr. Ryan are awesome! I had a back injury that physical therapy and other chiropractors could not help with. After my first visit I no longer had numbness in my leg.
Synergy is head and shoulders above any of my previous experiences with physical therapy treatment.
