Insurance Information
Synergy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy accepts insurance. For chiropractic we are IN NETWORK with MEDICARE. For physical therapy we are IN NETWORK with MEDICARE, ANTHEM BLUE CROSS, MOST BLUE SHIELD PLANS, and MP3. We are a UCLA subcontractor with proper authorization. We accept personal injury on a lien basis. All other insurances are accepted out of network.
