Insurance Information
Synergy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy accepts all insurances. For chiropractic we are IN NETWORK with MEDICARE. For physical therapy we are IN NETWORK with MEDICARE, ANTHEM BLUE CROSS, BLUE SHIELD, MP3. We are a UCLA subcontractor with proper authorization. We accept personal injury on a lien basis. All other insurances are accepted out of network.
